What is the name of EPCOR's app?

What features does it have?

EPCOR's app helps you manage your account, set up or change payments, add or remove accounts and view your usage, billing and payment history. You can also set up or change notifications and billing preferences, like signing up for AutoPay and paperless billing.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! The app is FREE to use.

What devices can I use it on?

EPCOR's app can be used on iOS and Android phones.

How do I download it to my phone?

The iOS version is in the App Store and the Android version can be downloaded from Google Play.

Do I have to be logged in to use it?

No. You can still make a payment, but to use all of the features you'll need to log in.

Can anyone use it?

Yes. You don't have to create an account to make a payment, but you'll want one in order to use all of the features to manage your account.

What if I have more than one account?

You can manage them all with the app, under one account profile. Just create an account and select "Add Account" from the main menu.

Can I see my bill?

Yes. Click on "Account Summary" and select "View Current Bill" to see a PDF version of your bill.

How current is the information in the app?

The information is current with our billing system. Any changes or payments you make will show up right away on your account. But, if you've recently made a payment through your bank or by mail, please remember it can take 7-10 business days for it to show up on your account.

Can I use the same User ID and password that I use on the web?

Yes. If you already have a user account setup, you do not need to create a new one.

What should I do if I don't remember my user ID or password?

For forgotten user IDs, click on "Forgot Your User ID?" and enter the email address you used to create your profile.

For forgotten passwords, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your user ID and email address.
