Frank Mannarino

In his role as Senior Vice President, EPCOR Water Services, Frank is responsible for the entire water cycle in the Edmonton region, including water treatment, distribution and transmission, wastewater collection and treatment for more than one million people.

Prior to his current role, Frank held Senior Vice President positions in EPCOR with Corporate Services, where he oversaw the company’s corporate functions as well as Energy Services billing, collections and customer care services; and with Electricity Operations, where he led EPCOR’s electricity distribution and transmission businesses.

Frank held a number of senior roles in business and operations at Shell Canada, prior to joining EPCOR in 2010.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alberta. Frank has served as chair of the Board of Directors of the Telus World of Science Edmonton and is currently a Board member of Edmonton Global.
