End services, at your convenience and with no strings attached, online with My Account. Once logged in, all you’ll need to do is:

Provide an end date for the service address
Give at least 3 business days’ notice before ending services
Confirm your mailing address for your final bill

Cross ‘Call EPCOR’ off your moving list

Helpful tips about transferring services

You can’t transfer services to another customer
If you cancel without sufficient notice (3 days), you will be charged a fee.

For landlords

Fill out and submit an Automatic Power Install Application so services can stay on between tenants.
