It's easy to switch to EPCOR online billing. 

• If you already have a My Account profile, simply log in and select "Manage billing method" on the Account Overview page.
• If you don't have an online account, first create your My Account profile, and then set up ebill.

• Get notified – You can receive notifications when your bill is ready to view.
• Check anytime – Easily go online to see your bill.
• Payment history – We store your bills for up to two years.
• Print as needed – If you need a copy for your records, you can easily print your online bill.
• Multiple account summary – You can attach multiple accounts to your ebill and receive a summary email every month for each account.
• Pay online – After viewing your ebill, you’ll be able to pay your bills online. Save even more time and set up automatic payments!
• Switch any time –If you decide you prefer getting your bill in the mail rather than online, no problem – you can easily switch from ebill to paper bill, and back again.

When to expect your first e-bill

With your My Account profile, you will be able to view your bills immediately online. You will receive your first ebill notification when your next bill is ready. Depending on the date that you sign up, you may receive one final paper bill.
