Our EPCOR-owned water meters help us bill you accurately for the water you use. If you don't have a water meter yet or if yours isn't working, we'll need to install or service one for you. Please note that delays in installation or repair might lead to a temporary suspension of your water service until we get a working meter in place.
Our water meters are part of an advanced network. They use very low-power radio frequency (RF) signals to send data to us. These signals are short, infrequent, and operate at low power levels, similar to everyday devices like garage door openers or baby monitors.
