New River and Desert Hills water fill station

As Anthem's water provider, we have been asked and have agreed to help the New River and Desert Hills communities by providing a safe and reliable source of water. The best and quickest way to do that was by building a water filling station accessible to state-licensed water hauling providers and local residents who have established accounts with us.

Set up your water station service

Residents and water service haulers need to open an EPCOR account. Here's what you need to do.

1. Email a completed and signed​ applicationopens in a new tab to mywater@epcor.comopens in a new tab.
2. You'll need an online account to manage the water service hauling. Request an online accountopens in a new tab.
3. Once we receive your request, we work internally to add your new account to our systems.
4. Review the User Manualopens in a new tab to learn how to manage your account.
