Landlord service agreement

​Landlord Service Agreement

Completing a Landlord Service Agreement enables your properties to be automatically transferred to your name when they're vacated. You'll be responsible for the water service until the next tenant signs for service, or until you request the service to be taken out of your name.

How to apply
