There are a number of ways you can pay your EPCOR bill. Find the one that works best for you and your busy lifestyle.

Automatic Withdrawal Authorization plan

Paying your bill is easy and convenient with Automatic Withdrawal. Have the amount automatically deducted from your bank account. Sign up for our Automatic Withdrawal Authorization plan.

Through your bank

Pay online or by telephone with services provided by most major banks. Visit your bank's website and follow their directions for setting up online payment.

Make a payment at your bank through a teller or at a bank machine.

With your credit card

Make a one-time payment or pay with your Visa or MasterCard - just log in to or register for My Account.

Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a fee of 2.50% of the monthly bill amount applied by our third party vendor for each transaction. This service fee is only applied to customers who choose the credit card payment service. The service fee is set by, and paid to, our third party vendor.

By mail

Payments by cheque or money order can be mailed to EPCOR's office. Please make your cheque or money order payable to "EPCOR Natural Gas L.P."
Your payment, along with the remittance portion at the top of your bill, can be mailed to EPCOR addressed to:

Payments may be made through the quick drop payment slot at our office located at:

When you need to pay your bill

• Bills are issued and payable monthly.
• Payments are due 20 days after the billing date.
• Both the billing date and due date are printed on your bill.

Late payments

• Payments made after the due date will be considered late and 1.5% of the balance outstanding may be added to your account.
• The account will be charged 1.5% of the then outstanding balance for each billing cycle that there is a balance outstanding.
