Easily manage your account by registering for My Account. All you need to get started is your account number, which you will find on your natural gas bill.

​Setting up your My Account profile is easy

1. Choose your location from the dropdown list
2. Enter your account number
3. Verify your name and address
4. Choose your username and password
5. Log in to your new online account

*With Automatic Withdrawal, your monthly EPCOR bill is withdrawn from your bank account on the billing due date and automatically credited to your EPCOR account.

When to expect your first online bill

With your My Account profile, you will be able to view your bills immediately online. You will receive an email letting you know when your next bill is ready. Depending on the date that you sign up, you may receive one final paper bill.
