Rate of Last Resort for your home

In Alberta, you have choice. Pick if you pay the current market rate for electricity or a competitive rate with a retailer. 

If you have not signed a contract with a retailer, you are on the Rate of Last Resort for electricity. This means you are on a stable rate that does not fluctuate on a monthly basis.
