Exciting improvements coming to My Account

Starting April 1, EPCOR is launching significant improvements to our customer portal, My Account. These enhancements are designed to provide you with a more intuitive, secure and efficient experience.

  • Enhanced user experience: Our new, user-friendly interface makes it easier than ever to navigate your account. Whether you're checking your balance, viewing your usage history or making a payment, everything is now more accessible and straightforward.
  • Improved security: Your security is our top priority. With advanced security features, you can rest assured that your personal information is well-protected. The new system includes enhanced encryption to safeguard your data.
  • Convenience: You’ll continue to be able to access all your account details, view bills and track your usage from any device, at any time. This means you have complete control over your account, right at your fingertips.

How these changes impact you

There are a few things to keep in mind as we work to make these upgrades:

  • My Account disruptions: Until we launch these improvements, you may experience interruptions to your My Account access. Thank you for your patience as we work to launch a better customer experience for you.
  • Password and username changes: As part of this upgrade, you will need to update your password at your convenience. Some customers may also need to update their usernames This can be done easily and at your convenience within My Account after April 1, 2025.
  • E-billing sign-up: All EPCOR customers will receive a one-time email detailing any changes you need to make in My Account. We also encourage you to sign up for e-billing to stay informed about your bills, account changes and other important information.
  • Service applications: You can now start services directly through the My Account portal without needing to log in. However, to move or end services, you will need to be logged in.
