At EPCOR, we have several recruitment programs for recent grads.
If you're a post-secondary student in Canada or the United States, enrolled in one of the following areas of study, you can take advantage of the opportunities EPCOR's summer student program provides:
Our summer student positions are posted each spring directly on our website or at relevant post-secondary institutions. We offer full and part-time summer student jobs with flexible schedules and an ability to earn extra money to put towards your studies.
You can use our job search to find EPCOR student jobs. You can also set up job alerts, apply for multiple EPCOR job postings and track your progress through the application process.
EPCOR offers entry level jobs for recent graduates that are far from your typical starting position. If you are a graduate from an engineering degree program and a registered engineer-in-training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), you can apply for EPCOR's engineer-in-training program. You'll gain broad and valuable work experience through challenging and strategic rotational assignments. This program is based on the requirements of APEGA.
We recruit for these positions throughout the year, but openings are typically posted in the summer and early winter months.
You can use our job search to find our engineer-in-training job postings. You can also set up job alerts, apply for multiple EPCOR job postings and track your progress through the application process.
If you're a student participating in a formal business or engineering co-op program through your post-secondary institution, explore EPCOR's co-op program. You'll get an excellent hands-on experience in your field, along with first-hand exposure to our many areas of business.
Recruitment occurs in the preceding semester for January, May and September intakes. We provide co-op opportunities throughout the year (typically lasting 4-8 months in duration). Co-op positions are posted directly with the co-op offices at participating post-secondary institutions.
