Your printed bill will be delayed as a result of the Canada Post strike. Canada Post has indicated they will resume operations on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Canada Post has also indicated ongoing delays will occur and customers should expect delivery delays.
We are encouraging customers to sign up for ebill to avoid any potential delays or disruptions.
Yes, customers are still required to pay their bills during this time. There are several ways to access your account balance and make a payment including online or by calling our Customer Care team to check balances and bill due dates.
