Electricity distributor scorecard

Curious how our electricity distribution system is performing? The Electricity Distributor Scorecard measures how well Ontario utilities are doing each year in terms of customer, operational, financial and mandated performance.

The scorecard is a key part of the OEB's Renewed Regulatory Framework for Electricity Distributors. It is designed to encourage electricity utilities to operate effectively and focus on continuous improvement.
