This form is for contractors working on a project that requires the ability to complete work within seven metres (7m) of an overhead EPCOR asset. (e.g. power line near a building or streetlight).

Please submit this form:

at least three weeks before work is scheduled to begin if three or fewer EPCOR assets are within LOA
at least three months before if four or more EPCOR assets are within LOA
