All good things must come to an end. Whether you move outside Alberta or choose a new service provider, when it’s time to part ways, we make it easy to do.

End services with EPCOR or Encor

End services, at your convenience and with no strings attached, online with My Account. Once logged in, all you’ll need to do is:

  1. Provide an end date for the service address
  2. Give at least 3 business days’ notice before ending services
  3. Confirm your mailing address for your final bill

Helpful tips about transferring services

  • You can’t transfer services to another customer
  • If you cancel without sufficient notice (3 days), you will be charged a fee.
