Move your utilities, at your convenience, online with My Account. Once logged in, all you’ll need to do is:
Provide an end date for your current service address
Sometimes moving isn't straightforward. If you aren't sure what your new address will be, we can put your Encor energy plan on hold for up to 90 days while you confirm your new address.
Give at least 3 business days’ notice before transferring services from one property to another
Encor customers need to give at least 5 business days' notice.
Provide your new service address and service start date so we know where to send your utilities
Cross ‘Call EPCOR’ off your moving list
Fill out and submit an Automatic Power Install Application so services can stay on between tenants.
