Contact details, including registered legal business name
Service and billing addresses
Site identification number
Recent copy of your monthly electricity/gas invoice (if you have it)

Like many suppliers, we do a standard credit check prior to an agreement being signed. Depending on results, a deposit may be required.

What to know if you’re with another energy provider

Before you commit to an Encor energy plan, contact your current energy retailer.

Understand the contractual obligations you have with your existing plan. Commercial energy contracts are different from residential energy contracts, and you'll want to know about potential cancellation fees.
